Current Board of Directors
The president and vice president were elected to the board in August 2021. They serve two-year terms (August 2023). The secretary-treasurer was elected in May 2021 (May 2021). He serves a one-year term.

Alexis thrives helping people. He’s been in a customer-facing position for the past 17 years, handling angry end users as well as demanding CTOs of multinational corporations. He knows how a community, even as small as Silvertone’s, should be treated by its board of directors and management company (Goodwin & Co.).
Alexis has two school-age boys, including one with special needs in school at Joe Lee Johnson. He can help neighborhood parents, should they require assistance, navigate the maze that is the Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD).
Alexis and his wife, Jennifer, have been organizing social events since the day they moved into Silverstone in September 2018, including potluck get-togethers and safe Halloween trick and treating and Easter egg hunts (before and since the arrival of Covid-19) for children in the neighborhood.
Alexis’ goal is to extend neighborhood events to include other community-centric holidays that represent Silverstone’s diversity.

Vice President: Dan Langendorf

Dan is the one who walks the two big dogs — Hank and Floyd — through the neighborhood daily.
He and his wife, Laura, moved into Silverstone in May 2019 and have been active in the community, attending pot lucks, going to in-person and virtual board meetings, and dressing up and handing out candy at Halloween, among others. They have a grown kid, who is a Level 1 trauma nurse/first responder for Baylor Scott White.
Dan ran for the board of directors because he wants the board to be more involved in the neighborhood, not just as an enforcer of rules and regulations but also engaged. Together, both approaches — enforcement and engagement — will benefit homeowners.
Dan has had three distinct professional lives: 1) reporter and award-winning investigative writer for a Top 10 metropolitan newspaper; 2) as a product designer and researcher for small-to-Fortune 500 companies; 3) as a visiting assistant professor at the University of Texas at Dallas in arts and technology and emerging media and communications.
