For an HOA to be successful it can’t operate alone. That’s why HOA President Alexis Mandrault is fond of saying, “It takes a village.” His vision is to have an active board of directors engaged with homeowners and residents. Engagement benefits us all.
Mission
We, the Silverstone HOA board of directors, don’t want a board that just enforces rules and regulations without any involvement in the community. Our goal is to partner with homeowners and residents to celebrate the diversity of our community and to make it more interactive and neighborly.
Promise
Our promise is simple. It’s to:
- create a neighborhood of engaged and supportive neighbors through an active, responsive HOA
- improve communications and contact between board members, the HOA management company (Goodwin & Co.), and homeowners
- improve responsiveness to homeowner and resident questions, architectural requests, and other homeowner needs
- improve accountability and transparency
- hold neighborhood events that represent and celebrate the diversity of homeowners and residents.
